About Us
The Queer Student Cultural Center (QSCC) aims to celebrate the diversity and culture of the queer community; educate the University of Minnesota community on issues pertinent to the lives of queer students; advocate for inclusion and equality of all individuals regardless of gender identity and sexual/romantic orientation; provide a safe space for queer students to meet and form a sense of community; and empower queer individuals, groups, and organizations. Located in CMU Room 217 on the 2nd floor, the QSCC offers a welcoming social space for all students. Stop by to relax, play video games, enjoy free coffee, tea, and printing, take a nap, or meet incredible LGBTQ+ students! Throughout the academic year, the QSCC hosts a variety of member groups that meet biweekly, offering opportunities for connection, growth, and community. The QSCC is open to all students; no membership is required to visit or participate. Simply drop in! For more information, visit qscc.org or email qscc@umn.edu. Check our website or stop by CMU Room 217 for event schedules and group meeting times.
