About Us
The Beta Eta chapter of Delta Tau Delta is a place for leaders to hone their skills, youths to grow, students to find support and guidance, and men to find their paths to a life of excellence. With 140 years of guiding men at the University of Minnesota via Truth, Courage, Faith, and Power, the Delt experience has fostered innovators, advocates, change agents, and community leaders by affecting the world through self-discovery. Delt fosters connections among its undergraduate members with social events such as brotherhoods, tailgates, date exchanges, and so on. Members are exposed to resources to assure personal growth and maturity while at the U. Undergraduate men at the University of Minnesota who are interested in becoming a member of Delta Tau Delta can reach out to chapter president Vasili Nicklow at nickl093@umn.edu or chapter director of recruitment Jaron Osman at osman419@umn.edu. The Beta Eta chapter helps guide its members towards lives of excellence in their post-collegiate careers. From the beginning of their time at Delt, new members are connected to resources, such as older members in similar majors, to make sure that they are in good standing academically. The members of Delta Tau Delta thrive when it comes to academics, sporting a house GPA of 3.40 in the Fall of 2022. New members are also given ample opportunity to become a leader within the house. Whether it's holding an executive position, working directly under an executive member, or finding ways to lead among their class of new members, all new Delts are encouraged to take on leadership positions. The growth experienced by members while in their time as an undergraduate as well as the connections to the professional field through our alumni network assures that all members of the Beta Eta chapter leave the U ready to take on the challenges posed by the workforce.
