About Us
The Astronomy Club strives to build a community of students with an interest in astronomy and to promote awareness of astronomical events. In practice, members gather for game nights, astronomy trivia, professor talks, space presentations, stargazing nights, and outreach events. For astro majors, it is a great way to meet other astro majors, and for other majors, it's a great way to get your astronomy fix! We know being an astro nerd and being an astro major don't always go hand-in-hand, so we gladly welcome students from all across the university to talk about space. Come to learn, hang out, and give back!
