About Us
IDSA has a goal to create unity and integration of all interior design studio levels. This group curates events for networking through portfolio reviews and tours of firms by inviting professionals in to talk to the interior design students. IDSA is committed to gaining recognition for interior design. This group will help members gain contact within the design profession and break out of their comfort zone. We also participate with volunteering, committee, and community involvement. To become involved with our group, be added to the email list, attend meetings, or if you simply have questions please feel free to email our UMN account (idsa@umn.edu), or co-presidents Alexandra Difazzio (difaz002@umn.edu) and Hallie Johnson (joh18371@umn.edu). Our group allows for involvement in the mentorship program, networking, and encouraging involvement with professional groups and allow for leadership within the group as well.
