Handball is a sport which promotes the idea of being quick on your feet, reacting to your opponent in a timely manner, and keeping your concentration. These are skills that we are always trying to improve on when we play. Whether it's positioning your feet in just the right place to step into a shot, or coming up with a strategy in the middle of a rally, we try to stay focused on everything going on in the court. Handball also has a very niche, but equally competitive community that strives to improve and hand craft amazing matches.
