Norman Owens is a Senior Solution Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS) with over a decade of experience in cloud computing, IT security, and operations. He works closely with state and local government organizations to design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions. In addition to his AWS expertise and certifications, Norman brings public service experience as a U.S. Coast Guard reservist, undergraduate instructor, and head election judge. He is passionate about leveraging cloud technologies to drive transformation and value, while also giving back through service, education, and thought leadership.
