The undergraduate mathematics research seminar (UMRS) is open to any undergraduate students interested in mathematics. The goal of the club is to present research to undergraduate students, educate students on relevant research opportunities, and provide a constructive environment for students to present their research.
UMRS hosts talks, panels, and social hours focused on exploring various areas of mathematics, resources for getting involved with research, and developing the skills necessary to communicate advanced mathematics. Members also benefit from connecting with peers and upperclassmen who share an interest in research-level mathematics.
