Join us in preparing glasses to be given away and enjoy free CHIPOTLE for your time. This event is open to EVERYONE! You are more than welcome to attend regardless of if you have volunteered with us before. We also encourage you to bring your friends! For those who are new, ReSpectacle is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that redistributes lightly used glasses to underserved communities across the country. We collect glasses donations and assign a webpage to every pair of glasses. Those who are in need can then go on our website, enter their prescription, and be lined up with hundreds of glasses with similar prescriptions! At our event, you can expect to have a hands on role in this process. You will pick a station in an assembly line and volunteer by helping with cleaning, describing, photographing, or bagging these glasses. We can’t wait to see you there! *This event is SSF Funded
