Our organization strives to create a supporting community for women of color pursuing a career within business. We aim to help our members navigate both academic and professional landscapes by sharing resources, insights, and opportunities, while also providing valuable networking opportunities.
By participating in our organization, members get face-to-face time with recruiters and already successful women of color professionals in business, gaining insight from others' experiences and advice as well as the ability to network for themselves. Our members also have the opportunity to build community and meet people within our school in a similar position, and thus the ability to help each other succeed professionally by sharing resources and opportunities.
